Common fireplace problems we fix
Won't light
Pilot won't stay lit or the fireplace won't ignite. We check the gas supply, thermocouple and ignition.
Unusual odors
We inspect gas lines and the firebox for leaks. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company or 911 first.
Soot buildup
Black marks on the glass point to a combustion problem. We clean and adjust for a cleaner burn.
Poor heat output
We check gas pressure, venting and components for even, effective heat.
Noisy operation
Hissing or rattling can mean a gas line issue or loose parts. We find and fix the cause.
